A little less guessing

How much
is your pour?

Get a starting point for jug delivery, then tell us about cooking, coffee and the way your household uses water.

Prefer a connected cooler or filtered tap? We'll help compare those options, too.

7 bottles

5-gallon bottles per 30 days

Usage estimate, not a hydration recommendation. Drinking only; coffee, cooking and guests may add more. One bottle ≈ 18.9 liters.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Let's clear
things up.

Can I rent or buy a cooler?

Both are options. Tell us your preference and we'll confirm the available models, rental terms, purchase prices and any deposit.

Can I request one delivery instead of a subscription?

Yes, you can request a one-time order or recurring service. Coverage, minimum quantities and the requested schedule are confirmed before payment.

How is a connected cooler different?

A connected, or point-of-use, cooler uses your home's water supply rather than a replaceable jug. The installation location, filtration and service needs must be assessed before setup.

Does bottled delivery treat water throughout my home?

No. Bottled delivery provides water for drinking and cooking. Whole-home filtration treats incoming water; the appropriate system depends on your source, measured water quality and concerns.

Can filtration address PFAS or microplastics?

Ask Texas Water House to match a system to the substances you want to address. Performance depends on the specific technology, model, testing and maintenance. We'll request a professional assessment rather than promise that every filter removes every contaminant.

How much will my plan cost?

Your quote will itemize water, equipment, delivery fees, bottle deposits and installation or service where applicable. Final pricing and availability are confirmed before you pay.

Do you serve my ZIP code?

Enter your ZIP in the plan request. The team will verify route coverage or installation availability; a ZIP entry alone doesn't guarantee service.
